A health coach, Pilates and Barre instructor. With a background in business of 10+ years, Hortence has decided to combine this with her passion for wellness to offer holistic services for those looking to achieve permanent change to live a long & healthy life.

As a certified Pilates, Barre, and Fitness instructor, my passion for movement grew out of my own powerful transformation and health journey into a sustainable, active, and healthy lifestyle. With a multicultural background and a holistic approach to wellbeing, I am dedicated to helping others unlock strength, confidence, and balance through mindful yet dynamic training.

My teaching style combines the precision and posture focus of classical Pilates with strength, endurance, and resistance-based conditioning. This unique blend not only improves mobility, core stability, and alignment but also sculpts the body, builds stamina, and leaves clients feeling energised and empowered.

Horty's Pilates, Barre and other classes are structured, uplifting, and results-driven, designed for those who want to feel stronger, move better, and embrace both the physical and mental benefits of Pilates, Barre and Strength.
