Meet Hortence Yagmur

A training nutritionist, pilates instructor and lifestyle coach. With a background in business of 10+ years, Hortence has decided to combine this with her passion for wellness to offer holistic services for those looking to achieve permanent change to live a long & healthy life.

Believing in balance, nourishment & intuition, Hortence looks at how each individual can holistically achieve the health, lifestyle and wellbeing they have always desired; through nourishment, movement & environment.

Having been obese through from childhood to teenage years, to then becoming diet-obsessed & unsustainably restrictive, to finally blossoming into a well-balanced, happy woman, my  goal is to help everyone achieve the health, lifestyle, and wellbeing you have always desired in the best way for you
